What counts as a submission?
One submission = one person filling out and submitting your form. If you have 5 forms and get 20 responses each in a month, that's 100 submissions total.
Can I manage multiple companies from one account?
Yes — this is one of Zyntel Forms' core features. You can create multiple companies, add departments within each, and invite colleagues to specific departments with role-based access.
How does the AI form generation work?
Describe your form in plain language ("a patient intake form with name, date of birth, chief complaint, and consent checkbox") and Zyntel generates the form structure. You can edit any field before publishing.
Can I cancel anytime?
